To place an order:
1. Fill out a fillable PDF form by clicking on the link below.
2. Be sure to include a complete description of the item you want.
3. Send along a copy of the form via email or fax. Send your original images via email or U.S. postal service, and we'll create your colorful sign, wall mural, truck wrap, decal, bumper sticker, and/or autograph cards. Your photo will be returned to you unharmed, along with your order. If emailing, send along a high resolution digital photograph (5 megapixels or higher), preferably in jpeg, tif or eps format. If you have a design in mind, but no original artwork, don't worry--we can definitely help you there!
4. Send any information you want to appear on your finished product.
5. A proof will come via email for your approval.
6. Call or email with corrections or changes desired.
7. Upon final proof approval, send check or money order to Wylie Design.
